Son Gual golf course was designed by architect Thomas Himmel and officially opened in 2007. Just a few minutes from Palma airport, the course gives a highly exclusive atmosphere and at the same time is a real challenge for any golfer, as every move must be executed precisely to avoid lakes and bunkers.156 hectares of hilly landscape have been shaped into a well-designed golf course with huge greens, 66 bunkers, lakes and artificial streams. There are six tees to choose from. "Black" is a real monster with a length of 6621 meters.
In the club restaurant you can then recover from an exciting day and in the evening experience a spectacular sunset with a view of the shimmering lights of Palma. Mediterranean elegance defines the friendly and fresh ambience, and Mallorcan fish and meat specialties await their takers. From early morning to late at night, you can enjoy everything from breakfast, a soup or a salad as a snack at lunchtime, to an extended dinner. Extremely well maintained and redesigned between 2004 and 2006 by José María Olazábal presents the Golf Club Pula Golf in the northeast of Mallorca in the municipality of Son Servera, which has existed since 1995. With a length of 6,246 meters (par 72), the demanding course with two lakes and a river will satisfy the international and professional golfers who seek the special challenge and offers a large driving range with two levels, one of which is covered.
The 11th, a par 3 of 201 meters, is the most difficult of the course, and the longest are the 8th (558 meters) and the 13th (545 meters). There are two putting greens, a short game area with 3 pitching greens and a large chipping green, as well as a fitting center and a golf academy. Amateur tournaments are regularly hosted at Pula Golf, which is also the venue for 7 rounds of the European Tour.
You can refresh yourself with a cool drink after a nice round of golf at the garden restaurant S'Era de Pula and look forward to a culinary journey through Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant has been in existence since 1969 and offers excellent cuisine that follows the concept of "from vegetable garden to table". Next door is the 6000m2 vegetable garden, which delights the chefs with fresh organic seasonal produce, who then create their seasonal dishes for you.

The classic 18-hole golf club Maioris in the south of Mallorca, 15 km from Palma, offers a varied game with 6,300 m, a short-cut rough and wide fairways. The first 9 conforms to the Scottish style with moving greens. The second 9 is much hillier, which demands skilful moves, especially in windy conditions, and corresponds more to the American design. With white, yellow, blue and red, four tee positions are available, and the Caddymaster also lets players with a handicap below 36 onto the green if they are well persuaded.
The modern and elegant club restaurant and café T-19 offers everything your heart desires, from breakfast specials and a nice selection of tapas to snacks such as variously prepared wraps or nachos, currywurst or club sandwiches. For lunch and dinner, there are also various fish and meat dishes, burgers, rice dishes and vegetarian options. The view from the generously glazed interior and outside from the nicely landscaped patio gives a sweeping view of hole 4 and much of the entire golf course. The location is ideal for hosting parties of up to 150 people.

On the gorgeous coast of the Costa de los Pinos lies the Club De Golf Son Servera, designed as a parkland course with tree-lined fairways. These lead you into a hilly landscape and you have to wind your way between lakes and pine trees, which is a real challenge even for experienced golfers. Water plays a major role on 6 of the 18 holes, while you can always enjoy the magnificent view of the Levante.
The Mediterranean landscape shows almost kitschy beauty with sprawling bougainvillea and blooming oleander. A chipping area and a practice green is perfect for those who still want to advance to the professional and can also use the club's own golf school.
In the midst of this privileged natural area on the beautiful beach area is also the clubhouse with its restaurant Costa De Los Pinos, which offers a Mediterranean and uncomplicated cuisine. Various tapas, gourmet burgers, fish dishes and grilled steaks are on the menu. For private parties or company dinners, a customized menu will be gladly arranged.

The famous golf course architect Dan Maples designed Capdepera Golf, which offers an interesting mix of different difficulty levels in a naturally left landscape. Rather easy to play holes can be found in the first part, which leads you through a wide valley that was originally used for almond cultivation. Continue with the second 9 into the picturesque hills of the Levant mountains, where you will be confronted with greater technical difficulties.
High in the mountains, hole 15 gives you a fantastic view of the entire valley all the way to the coast (the view from the white tee is the best!). Dogs are not allowed on the golf course.
Look forward to a typical Mallorcan and Mediterranean cuisine in the fantastic ambience of the exquisite restaurant Roca Viva. The kitchen uses primarily products from the island, so that a fresh and seasonal offer is ready. From the terrace you have a view of hole 18, and in the cooler wintertime you sit cozily inside with a crackling fireplace.

GOLF SANTA PONҪA I
Located in one of the most beautiful areas of the municipality of Calvià, overlooking the Puig de Galatzó, Golf Club Santa Ponҫa I offers, among other things, one of the longest par 5 holes in Europe (hole 10 - 590 m) and impresses with its long holes with par 72. The fairway of the second largest golf club on the island is beautifully framed by olive, almond and pine trees with elongated greens and decoratively landscaped lakes, which visually make up the icing on the cake for a sporty and ambitious day in nature. Exclusively for members, the club has two more courses, Golf Santa Ponҫa II and III.
GOLF SANTA PONҪA II
In 1991 Golf Santa Ponҫa II was opened and has a playing length of 6,053m, 18 holes (par72). Amidst and surrounded by idyllic pine groves and sweeping lakes, every golfer will find numerous playing options. A feast for the eyes is hole 18, a par-3 hole that visually resembles the island of Mallorca in its shape.
GOLF SANTA PONҪA III
With a total playing length of 1,599 m, Golf Santa Ponҫa III was opened in 1999, is exclusively available to its shareholders and shares the clubhouse and 350 m driving range with Golf Santa Ponҫa II. The course is suitable for beginners as well as for training sessions of short strokes or the game of Pitch & Putt.
After the game, the Sure's restaurant offers a wide range of dishes that are a real treat for the palate. Directly on the pool terrace overlooking the garden, you can wonderfully relax and taste through the Mediterranean and local cuisine with traditional cooking of the chef Miguel Angel Lopez.

Just 12 kilometers from Palma is the golf paradise T Golf Calvià, designed in 1978 by the famous golf architect John Harris. It stretches before you a truly imposing landscape, characterized by a Mediterranean designed fairway. The degree of difficulty through the 15 partly treacherously situated lakes awakens the ambition of every golfer's heart, which finally arrives at the newly designed greens in hilly landscape, which belong to the largest on the island. In the heart of the residential area of Bendinat lies the golf club Real Golf De Bendinat, designed by Martin Hawtree, just 7 km from the island's capital Palma. Set in a wooded and wide valley, the course offers 18 holes (par 70) and gives from the beautifully landscaped green a magnificent view of the Bay of Palma, the offshore island of Cabrera and the castle of Bendinat. Framed by the sea and the mountains, you can look forward to a day of golf at a total of 5660 meters. In addition to the golf course, players have a practice area, a putting green and a chipping area at their disposal.
If you are looking for relaxation after the game and perhaps want to review one or two moves in your mind, it is best to sit down in the club restaurant Eagle with its large terrace overlooking hole 18 and the castle of Bendinat. The kitchen shows itself culinary creative with typical island gastronomy, which is offered à la carte or in selected menu compositions.

If you are looking for a special challenge on the course, then you are in good hands at Arabella Golf Son Vida, because courses like this are simply not built anymore. In order to successfully master the golf course, a particularly high level of strategic skill is required, as the fairway runs exactly along the villas of the exclusive Son Vida estate. Especially the last hole, par 5, requires a spirited shot over water - a real challenge!
Look forward to quality Mallorcan tapas, best shared in larger company, and fine fish and meat dishes and cool drinks at the Son Vida restaurant, which overlooks hole 18 and its lake, as well as the Sheraton Arabella Golf Hotel and lush vegetation. The most exclusive course in Arabella Resort is definitely Arabella Golf Son Muntaner, nestled in the beautiful Mediterranean landscape in the mountains of "Na Burguesa" and the bay of Palma. With an exceptional design based on a design by Kurt Rossknecht from 2000, the course was reseeded in 2016 with Bermuda Celebration turf, offers continuously challenging greens and is not for nothing counted among the best golf courses in Europe. Impressive is at hole 15 the "Na Capitana", probably the oldest olive tree in Mallorca, which was declared a tree monument by the government.
In the eponymous restaurant Na Capitana you can expect after the game a sophisticated gastronomy, infused with local flavors and seasonal products. On the spacious terrace you can order à la carte or try a 3-course menu. A small tapas selection and classics like club sandwich or Caesar salad are other culinary options.

The golf club Arabella Golf Son Quint is the youngest course on the island and was inaugurated in 2007. It is suitable for beginners as well as for professionals and offers a lot of variety and special experiences. At the highest point of the course, hole 8, you play exactly in the direction of the cathedral La Seu in Palma - visually really charming. Golf Son Quint Pitch + Putt is a 9-hole course whose holes are all par 3 and is therefore ideal for learning and practicing golf.
The Son Quint restaurant attached to the golf club is best known for its varied and aromatic rice dishes, but a nice selection of tapas, salads and international snacks are also available, as well as a 3-course menu based on seasonal produce. The spacious terrace overlooks a beautiful swimming pool, so a vacation mood is guaranteed. By the way, the restaurant has a ballroom for a hundred guests and over 200 parking spaces, making it a popular location for family celebrations and events.

The Son Termes golf course, opened in 1998, can almost be called ecological, it is nestled 15 km north of Palma, near Bunyola, in the nature of the Serra de Tramuntana between mountains and a valley whose fauna and flora is so charming that this golf course has become one of the most special on the island. The course is quite short compared to others, but is quite challenging, so not so trained golfers better have a buggy with them.
In any case, you will be rewarded by the beauty and variety of nature with olive trees, lakes, ravines and scrubland, which offers a variety of tasks and perspectives for golf. A small driving range and a putting and pitching green offer the possibility to warm up. The first 9 holes are located in the lower part of the valley, while the second 9 go further up into the mountains.

The golf club T Golf Palma is the only golf course in Mallorca developed by the famous golf course architect Jack Nicklaus and offers an individual challenge at any level of golf. No architectural changes were made to the terrain for the course, so it was designed to fit the topography of the land.
The beautiful flora with pine trees, carob trees, wild olive trees and mastic bushes was therefore left in its natural state, which gives the entire golf course a natural and very Mediterranean touch. The course demands a tactical and clever game from the player and holds one or the other challenge.
With a charming and Mallorcan ambience, the clubhouse presents itself with the restaurant T-elicious, which offers a view of the 18th hole and a pine forest from its shady and nicely covered terrace. The relatively level 18-hole course has several water hazards and bunkers, and the varying lengths of the holes present an additional challenge. However, the course, a former hunting district, is rather uncomplicated overall with wide and long fairways and is also well suited for beginners, and the greens are of average size. If you are one of the more advanced players, the wind conditions here will provide your personal challenge.
The golf resort Son Antem offers with the two 18-hole golf courses "East" and "West" in the immediate vicinity of Llucmajor pure playing pleasure in the midst of a beautiful Mediterranean natural landscape with a total of five lakes. In addition, a driving range, a pitching & chipping area, practice bunkers and greens as well as a golf academy with experienced PGA trainers are available.

A greater sporting challenge is offered by the West Course, which is laid out with narrow holes and few rough areas and surrounded by bunkers, and is therefore one of the best and most difficult golf courses on the island, which is often used for tournaments. During the golf you have spectacular views of the monastery mountain Randa, located near Llucmajor, and is passed through a Mallorcan finca. Three lakes come into play on five holes.
The traditional and Mallorcan restaurant La Terrassa offers a breakfast buffet in the morning, a bistro menu with light snacks and salads at lunch, and à la carte dishes inspired by international classics in the evening. The wine list offers exquisite drops, and with a glass or two you can really enjoy the beautiful view of the eastern golf course.

The 5538 meters long 18-hole course (par 71) of the Vall D'Or Golf Club gives magnificent views of the sea and offers two completely different landscapes. In the first 9, the fairways are very hilly and surrounded by a forest of pine, almond and olive trees. The second 9 has wider fairways and is the original course, once designed as a 9-hole course, which was then extended by another 9 holes between 1991 and 1993.
A wide selection of Mediterranean fusion cuisine is offered by the Maxime restaurant, with a great panoramic view from the terrace. The menu includes a variety of appetizers, snacks, meat and fish dishes, and desserts. A weekly changing lunch menu holds more creations. Friday evenings (May to October) feature a fantastic barbecue with live music.

You will find the best green in spectacular scenery at Canyamel Golf between the northeastern towns of Cala Rajada and Cala Millor with 6,196 m. The course with one of the most picturesque landscapes was designed in 1988 by the golf architect José Gancedo with the utmost respect and preservation of the natural environment and its orography and requires real playing skill at the 9th of the 18 holes (par 4). Because in the middle lies a stone cottage, so that it is difficult to create the undulating 384m with 4 strokes.
At hole 4. you have a great view of the sea, on a clear day you can see the island of Menorca, while hole 18 has a triple undulation in "piano". The fairways are in perfect condition.
On hole 18 you also look out from the terrace of the exclusive club restaurant and can look forward to the culinary specialties while you review and evaluate your moves with a refreshing drink. Delicious tapas and excellent local dishes with regional products and ingredients pamper the palate and show themselves in a wide gastronomic offer.

A unique view of the sea on the bay of Alcúdia, the mountains of northeast Mallorca and the lighthouse of Alcanada offers the Club de Golf Alcanada, which opened in 2003 and is one of the best in Europe. The American star architect Robert Trent Jones Junior was hired for the design in 1998, and the placement of bunkers, trees and other obstacles will test even the most experienced golfer. The fairways are harmoniously integrated into the terrain, so that the typical Mallorcan landscape has been preserved. Old olive trees, pines and holm oaks are as much a part of the landscape as wild pheasants and peregrine falcons.
On the way from hole 9 to 10 and again from hole 15 to hole 16, the Lighthouse Bar, surrounded by Mallorcan stone walls and arches, offers the opportunity to take a short break on a pretty terrace. Fortify yourself for the rest of the game with drinks and snacks such as sandwiches or a few small tapas.
The club restaurant Alcanada offers Mediterranean dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. You sit on the terrace of the main house from where you can enjoy a view over the bay of Alcúdia and the picturesque island of Alcanada with its lighthouse. Culinary you get your money's worth in a relaxed atmosphere with the offered Mediterranean dishes with various tapas, fish and meat dishes or dishes such as wraps, pasta, salads or classic club sandwich.

In the settlement "Ca'n Porquer" at the entrance of the village of Pollenҫa is located the Club Pollenҫa Golf, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Sierra de Tramuntana, the bays of Pollença and Alcúdia and the nature reserve of S'Albufereta on the horizon. In 2000, the course, which opened in 1986, was modernized by Michael Pinner of the Nicklaus Group. For years there has been talk of an expansion to 18 holes, but that is probably proving more difficult than planned.
Undulating fairways, surrounded by trees and other obstacles, have a medium level of difficulty and are therefore suitable for players of all handicaps. On the course you will experience two of the longest holes in Mallorca. Two tee positions are available (men's white 2574 meters, women's red 2254 meters).
From March to October you can eat well in the club restaurant, while in winter only the bar is open. From the terrace you have the most beautiful view of the bay of Pollenҫa and Alcúdia and the surrounding mountain scenery.
